Compucom field technicians have a lot to keep track of. They visit up to six locations a day fixing broken tech, doing tech checkups, and more. To keep track of their cases, navigate to sites, add notes, manage equipment parts, etc they needed a mobile app to replace deprecated tools.

Impact
Instead of carrying around a bulky laptop and maybe even an attaché, field technicians only need their phone. It was said that after seeing initial designs, a field manager exclaimed, "Where was this when I was a field tech?!" Extremely positive reception from leadership and product owners.
