This app is a one-stop-shop for all device management. It can remotely locate or perform updates on your computer from your phone. When a technician arrives for assistance it can also verify the technician is the right person for the job. It also works with Siri Shortcuts! There were so many interactions I enjoyed designing from just logging in with your voice to designing the Siri screens to visually integrate with the look and feel of the app.
